Industry incumbents have static plans and basic GPS. They don't know which stops actually got serviced. We do — per stop, per truck, per shift. That service-confirmation gap is the moat.

Service-confirmation gap
Truck drove by but no service event captured. Some routes hit 30%+. Vision miss, sensor miss, or driver compliance — we flag the gap and route the work back.
Capacity / time shortfall
Truck never got there. Mid-day makespan offloading + multi-trip planning with intermediate disposal facilities keeps the day finishable.
Imbalanced fleet pace
Spread between fastest and slowest truck on the same day can run hours. We surface it live and rebalance for tomorrow's plan.
How it works
Scheduled side
Overnight CVRPTW planner + 5 AM daily adjuster. Per-stream compaction-aware capacity, multi-trip with disposal stops. FL, RL, ASL — trash & recycle.
Dispatch side
PDPTW with truck state machine for roll-off and on-call. Real-time matcher every 5 minutes. Separate engine from scheduled — different problem class.
Breadcrumb pipeline
True travel-time matrix from real GPS, per-stop service-time distribution, live pace estimator, actual makespan & completion baselines to beat.
